Each order is shipped with great care. Unless framed, paintings and prints are tucked in archival-quality protective sleeves, in rigid packaging, with tracking to foster safe arrival.

• Ready-to-ship orders will ship within 5 days.

• Pre-Orders will ship according to the timeline written in the item description.

• Custom commissions will ship according to the timeline mutually agreed upon in the commission contract.

Caring for an Original Watercolor Painting

To preserve the beauty and vibrancy of the painting, keep it in the protective sleeve until you are ready for framing. Watercolor paintings are best displayed matted + framed behind glass.

Please Note

All photos are taken in natural light and edited to accurately represent the artwork, however colors may appear different from screen to screen. Original artwork may contain slight imperfections, adding to the authenticity and charm of each painting.

Returns

Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns about your order. Returns for printed items and ready-to-ship original paintings may be refunded (minus restock fee) only after items are received by me in original condition. Return shipping and restock fee are the responsibility of the client. Terms of custom paintings are outlined in the commission contract.
