I believe art changes the way we see the world.

Born and raised in Florida, my imagination has always been captured by the coasts and the lush world between. With over a decade of experience in fine art, I share my love of nature through painting.

I enjoy life at a slow pace, and tend to become intensely immersed in my work. It’s not unusual to find me trailing behind on a family hike, stopping to smell the flowers and take a few photos or sketches along my way.

If you're anything like me, you need tangible reminders in your daily life to soak up all the beauty there is to be found. And, thank goodness, there is always beauty to be found. So I’ve made wonder a way of life.

My work is a rhythm of breathing in nature and exhaling with paint, honoring my source of inspiration, and inviting others to join me in the practice of wonder.

I believe art has the power to change the way we see the world- so it is an honor to teach watercolor workshops and classes in Winter Park and the greater Orlando area.

I am a member of both Central Florida Watercolor Society and Florida Watercolor Society, fellow with Arts Fellowship Orlando (2023), wife to the brilliant green thumb behind many of my painting subjects, and mom to three budding artists.

My Process

I am deeply intentional in my work, delving into thorough subject studies as I compose sketches and develop color palettes, culminating in paintings that express the beauty and wonder of the natural world.

I use only the highest quality professional pigments and acid-free natural cotton-fiber watercolor paper. Each original painting is designed and crafted as a lasting heirloom.
